Being Love

Compassion, Integrity, Truth, Trust, Surrender.

Starts Tuesday January  11th-  February 3rd '22

A rich meditative yoga journey through the inner terrain of soul.

Compassion, Integrity, Truth, Trust, Surrender

How on earthly circumstance do we relate the yogic concept of 'consciousness of oneness' to self and others with such fragmented surrounds? There is a conscious need to put polarities aside and look deeply into our hearts to rise together during these critical times. Join me from Tuesday 11th January, cultivating month-long compassion (online), allowing the dark to probe us to want to search the light, bathe, and reflect on insightful findings of integrity with self and others for our changing world. This monthly immersion dissolves connotations of love so that words, desires, and impulses move beyond their polarities, and we can enfold ourselves in compassion for the actual embodiment of pure love, encircling love and mirroring the truth of the heart.

Deep Rest

Yogic movement, breath work & locks throughout the energetic structure bringing each Chakra into resonance. We will then reflect on the powerful realisations & mysticism of the Deep Feminine.

 Abosrb

Srengthen with a deep and slow approach. We'll sit into those transition points, ‘sandhi’, where we can deeply let go of wanting to know, grasp or hold on to a false sense of 'paradise.'

Embrace

Yogic movement, breath work & locks throughout the energetic structure bringing each Chakra into resonance. We will then reflect on the powerful realisations & mysticism of the Deep Feminine.

Nourish & Receive

Yin & Yang

slow  infusion

Tension release for creativity. Where 'wait & observation' meet 'change & alter.' A magical meld and alchemy that melts opposing forces.

"My strongest responses are from  your moon workshops. I always have bizarre insights after (travelling through time, detached form the body) then a huge release and feel so much lighter. Thank you so much for being you and offering the most amazing practices."
