4 Week Meditation course

Meditation for the souls collection of the senses and intellect (so they do not stray) to enter within-itself for Divine connection. Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Sufi & Atma vicharya traditions bought to us again through Hridaya meditation.

What we do:

    Week 1 - Learn how to calm & quieten the mind : find out why tensions are good!
    Week 2 - Deepen internalisation : less distraction, easier to focus.  
    Week 3 - Magnetise the heart : Transmute & Transform, live with an open heart.
    Week 4 - The Organ of Knowledge : Realise, Power & Value in difficult times.
