Meditation for Intuition
Vision, Heart & Womb

These three simple pointers cultivate stillness for receptivity and intuition for clarity in times of confusion, overwhelm, and indecisiveness. It may be that you may even receive the insight that will guide you to be.
Sit comfortably, relaxed but vertical. Close your eyes. Take a few deepening breaths in through the nostrils, then softly let go of the exhale, notice, becoming more detached from outer circumstances situations, developing more attention to your inner world.
- Vision. With eyes closed, bring awareness behind your eyes, soften the tissues and cells, relax into the space behind the eyes, and soften the jaws. Then begin to settle in. Deeper. Drop awareness through the throat, descending awareness into the great dome of your ribs inside your chest.
- Heart. Take a few deepening breaths here. Evoke a deep feeling of love and appreciation. Then deepen into the cave of your heart. Focus on a pinpoint, a little to the right side of your chest, and gently breathe in and out of that pinpoint of light. Notice the air move in and out of the lungs, carrying fresh life and light. Be aware of sensations without analysis, judgment, or label. Persevere until any sensations become obvious and intensify. Allow the expression of your inner guide to speak through sensations.
- Womb. Dropping all awareness down like a stone to water, giving time to allow the ripple effects of your currents to still. Keep going, watching any sensations reflect from still waters. Knowing whatever emotion or feeling surfaces does so for release. Notice with non-reactivity for release. Allow any glimmer of light to illuminate your awareness. Through felt sense, there may be a voice of wisdom through texture, colour, fragrance, symbol, or simply feeling awareness.
Complete with a prayer of gratitude to your gifts of vision, heart, and womb, whispering thank you and touch by placing your palms over these centre's.
